لماذا لا يثور العراقيونمُخطئ من اعتقد بأن الشعب العراقي هو رائد الثورات في المنطقة, نعم قد يكون رائد (الانقلابات) (والحروب) ولكنه لا يمتلك حسّاً ثوريّاً تغييرياً, كما هو عند الشعبين المصري والتونسي, وشعوب أقطار أوروبا وبعض شعوب آسيا… وسبب فقدان المنطق الثوري (السلمي) في الشعب العراقي هي الجذور التاريخيّة للواقع الاجتماعي (الريفي) الذي انحدر من (البداوة) كمحطة حضارية, والتي تُعتبر (الريفية) هي الوريثة الشرعيّة الأولى للبداوة, والتي لم تكتمل دورتها في عداد المراحل التاريخية لدورة المجتمعات, وذلك ما حتّم على هذا الشعب أن يبقى في حالة (ريفيّة قلقة) في فهمه لعملية التغيير الاجتماعي الثوري.وقد تطرقنا إلى تأريخ الحضارات التي مر بها العراق منذ عصر السومريين ثم ناقشنا مفاهيم التركيبة الاجتماعية للفرد العراقي وعلاقته الجدليّة مع الحاكم ومع الدين وخصوصاً (التشيع) الذي يُمثل الركن الأساس في (ترييف) العقلية العراقية خلال القرن الماضي, وفترة ما بعد مع التغيير عام 2003, ثم توسع تلك الظاهرة وسيطرتها على مفاصل الحياة والدولة إلى الوقت الذي يعيش العراق اليوم في أزمة ومعضلة كبرى من الصعوبة له الخروج منها, وهو ما نعتقد بأنها من أكبر الأسباب التي أدت إلى تهيئة أجواء دخول ومواجهة (داعش) ثم عجز الدولة عن القيام بمهامها الحضارية تجاه شعبها.
